Apply for a HDRF Grant

Thank you for your interest in partnering with the Heart Disease Research Foundation (HDRF). Our mission is to support emerging advances with a goal of preventing and combating cardiovascular-related healthcare challenges. HDRF seeks to strengthen frontline and mission-focused nonprofits that drive innovation, education, and measurable change at the intersection of cardiovascular health and public good.

The HDRF Grants Program awards grants of up to $100,000 USD to organizations within the United States and U.S. Territories that align with three focus funding areas: Cardiovascular or related research, health advocacy initiatives, and community impact projects. These funds are intended to empower organizations to expand their impact, pilot new initiatives, or sustain essential work that contributes to better heart health outcomes in communities across the country.

Specific focus areas may vary from year to year.
