Asha Desai

Asha Desai, CAE, is a Certified Association Executive with more than 20 years of experience in advancing customer experiences, strengthening stakeholder relationships, optimizing organizational operations, and fostering staff development. A strategic thinker and lifelong learner, she has consistently driven innovation in her roles, developing expertise across all facets of association management. Her diverse background includes building customer service departments, creating impactful marketing campaigns, and overseeing complex database upgrades and conversions. Currently, Asha consults with organizations, providing strategic support to help them achieve their missions.

Before entering the association sector, Asha began her career at North Texas Public Broadcasting, where she progressed from a news intern to Publicist for KERA Channel 13, 90.1FM, and KDTN Channel 2. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, mentoring, and reading.
